 I am writing this after long time. I am trying and adding some input to my book goal everyday. Today was very productive day. After morning exercise I immediately sat for my book and wrote with focus for 2-3 hours stretch After that I worked on my video and then office started at 5-6Pm Got up 8AM 8-10AM ready and exercise 10:30AM -12:30PM book writing 12:30-2PM meditation and lunch 2-4PM book writing 4-6PM video making 6-7PM dinner 7-9PM book writing 9-11PM relaxing and videos 12AM sleep

9march 2021 Monday no book writing

Yesterday was Sunday and it was a complete break. WIth Family and friends, we went to near by Resort for a day outing. It was a tiring day and in the evening time gone in arranging photos etc. Today time spent on extra driving class for my wife and Vaccination for mom and dad. One relative visited us so time went on that. Got up at 7:30AM

3rd march 2021 2 days wasted 2-3 march

  After wasting 2 days without any progress in book writing, which is my primary goal now, I realzied my following mistakes: Both day I checked my mobile within 1st hour of wake up. I took small pity tasks in my first few morning hours which could have been done in a later part of the day. These small tasks drained my energy and also left my mind in bit of restless to focus on book writing. I was more distracted all day in any kind of work I was doing. Lesson1: Don't touch your mobile in the first 2 hours of your wakeup. Lesson2: Do the main task quicky in the morning. Lesson3: Take small tasks at later part of day. My today's routine: Got up at 7AM 7-8:30AM morning routine 8;30 to 9:30AM Yoga 9:45 - 10:30AM Breakfast 10:30AM to 1PM Vaccination check 1Pm to 2PM lunch 2PM to 5PM with kids 5PM to 6Pm office 6PM -8PM badminton 8-9PM dinner 9-11PM cooridnate for sunday trip

1-Mar-2021 draft2 in progress

We are in March now. I am half way my draft 2. It's slow but steady. I have missed deadline big time. But I am ok to proceed slowly so that I have clear idea on my next book. I am trying to give as much time as possible on book and make this old dream come true 8AM wake up  10am breakfast 11am -2pm book writing  2pm to 3pm lunch 3-6pm. House arrange  6-9pm friend visited 9pm to 12am office work

18-Feb-2021 Office work day

 One office task is bothering me for a long time. I thought to close this today by working on it properly. Spent all day on this but couldn't close it.  7:30AM wokeup 9-10AM exercise 10-1PM office 1-6PM lunch break etc 6-2AM office work

17-Feb-2021 VD farewell

 It was one senior farewell. Spent good time in buying gift and going for get together. It was a tiring day with office work and farewell. No work is done on book writing 7:30AM woke up 8-9AM exercise 9-10AM kids 10-7PM office farewell 7-12 Office work

10-Feb-2021 few productive hours

 Every day I feel that getting up early morning is so important. I am not able to focus during rest of the day.  There is a continuous distraction. I really struggle to focus and get in the flow. Every night I plan to sleep early and get up early but that is not happening. I feel I have not written this blog for a few days but actually almost 8 days passed. Today what happened?; 7:45 Got up 8:45 Ready  10AM exercise. 10-10:30AM breakfast 10:30AM -1:30PM book writing 1:30PM to 2PM lunch 2 to 2:30PM sleep 2:30Pm to 5:30PM shopping. 5:30PM to 6:30PM dinner 6:30PM to 9:30PM office 9:30PM to 1:30Pm bath and kids time 10:30PM to 1AM office
