 No book writing is done today also. 28&29-Dec-2020 Monday

 Most of the time gone in making Birthday cake topping It was an ususal unproductive day.. Night 12AM I started working on cake worked till 6AM in morning. which spoiled my next day as well. 29-Dec also gone while sleeping all day to adjust the non-sleep day earlier.

 It was bit productive as I managed to write few more pages for my book. As there was invitation to attend one birthday party, most of the time spent there. 8:30AM got up 8:30-9:30AM ready 9:30-10:30 exercise and Juice 10:30AM to 12AM play with kids 12:30 to 6PM at Birthday party. 6-8PM freshen up 8PM to 12Pm Book writing and Quora wrtiing

 Got up at 9AM. Looks like I slept for yesterday also. Was able to ready by 11AM. 10AM to 10:30AM walk  10:30-11AM juice  11-12AM kids play  12-1PM lunch  1pm to 3PM read book and ready for writing  3-3:30PM sleep  3:30-4:30PM watch movie  4:30PM to 6PM write book  6:PM to 7:15PM dinner  8-10Pm shopping  10-12 AM checking mobile videos etc  12aM sleep

25-dec-2020 Friday holiday Christmas Fasting day

 Around midnight I closed my office work. 25th December was also Ekdashi which means an auspicious day for fasting. I initiated discussion and motivated people to do fasting in our MHF whatsapp group.  After closing my work I had to give them instruction how to do fasting in pleasant way and full of energy. I wanted to make a video but was not sure how to start. So I started writing article on Fasting topic in my blog. By the time I coudl finish, watch was showing 2AM. 2-3AM I recorded video in one shot and edited from 3AM to 5AM when I was feeling damn sleepy. SLept at 5AM I got up at 8:30AM after my morning rituals, yoga and breathing exercise 10AM-11:45AM Editing Video 12PM to 2:30PM Shopping 2:30PM to 3:30PM edit Video and publish.  3:30PM to 4PM took kids for shopping 4PM to 6PM went for gift purchase 6PM to 7PM Meditation, and deep breathing exercise. 7-8PM went for Chrsitmas celebration 8PM to 9:30PM Book writing webinar attend. 9:30PM to 11PM house cleaning and bath  11-12AM an

 Back pain was bit better today  got up at 9AM  9-11AM juice and ready, body massage 11-1PM book reading and watching Videos 1Pm to 2PM lunch 2PM to 5PM Cake decoration.  one important ting I realised. 2-5 PM I didnt take break no procrastination, no laziness If you do what you like, productivity will increase 5-7PM dinner 7-12PM office 1AM sleep

 Today was one of the most productive day. The trick I applied was to strict doing things in limited time. So compressed my juice time, dinner time etc. 8:30AM got up 9:30AM Ready .. skipped exercise 9:30AM to 10AM Juice 10AM to 11AM Kids 11AM to 1:30PM Book Writing 1:30PM to 2:30PM lunch 2:30PM to 3:30PM kids 3:30PM to 5PM photo arrange and post in Instagram 5PM to 5:30PM Nexon Drive 5:30PM to 6:15Pm Dinner 6:30Pm to 11:30PM Office work 11:30PM to 12AM bath 12AM to 1AM blog and todo list for tomorrow 1AM sleep

 2 dec missed out. ------- It was pretty tough night with kids.
