10-Feb-2021 few productive hours
Every day I feel that getting up early morning is so important. I am not able to focus during rest of the day.
There is a continuous distraction.
I really struggle to focus and get in the flow.
Every night I plan to sleep early and get up early but that is not happening.
I feel I have not written this blog for a few days but actually almost 8 days passed.
Today what happened?;
7:45 Got up
8:45 Ready
10AM exercise.
10-10:30AM breakfast
10:30AM -1:30PM book writing
1:30PM to 2PM lunch
2 to 2:30PM sleep
2:30Pm to 5:30PM shopping.
5:30PM to 6:30PM dinner
6:30PM to 9:30PM office
9:30PM to 1:30Pm bath and kids time
10:30PM to 1AM office
