Day11 Monday 30Nov-2020

 I guess today was the most un productive day. Reason may be my initial time spent on Mobile. I got up and after morning freshen up, I checked my mobile and my wife's. I want to see her bakery business grow but found someone psted nice menu in our apt whatsapp group and felt a jolt in our effort. Although it was not so serious, just a virtual threat which my brain indicated. Second youtube video I saw was one fraud over OLX and call. It just reminded me fraud happened with me couple of years back. This pushed me in a sad state of mind and I didn't feel like doing anything. It took me 3-4 hours almost to completely recover from this. SO routine is: 8:30AM Getup 9:30AM ready 9:30AM - 10:30AM sit with kids5PM  10:30AM to 11:AM Juice breakfast 11AM to 12PM worrk on bakery photos. 12PM to 1PM take kids around for shopping 1;30PM to 2PM Lunch 2Pm to 3:30PM Dentist Prasun 3:30PM to 5Pm bakery photos. 7Pm to midnight office work, mobile distraction, watch video 1AM finish office work a

Day 7

 I practice fasting every now and then. Today was fasting day. 8:30AM getup 9AM finsihed morning ritual 9-10AM exercise and yoga 10AM -10:30AM chit chat 10:30AM to 1:30PM book wirting 1:30PM to 4PM play with kids 4PM to 5PM Call and some small work 5PM to 8PM distraction and procastination 8PM to 9:30PM Badminton 9:30-10:30PM Bath and fresh, mobile 10:30PM to 1AM finsinhg small iissues, multi tasking and distraction

Day6

 Today I managed to get up earleir than other days. 7AM got up 7-7:30AM kids time 7:30-8:30AM morning fresh bath 8:30 to 9:30 AM yoga 9:30AM to 10:30AM make the kids ready and drop them school 10:30 to 11AM Drink juice 11AM-1:20PM book writing and planning for webinar. 1:20PM -2:10PM lunch 2:10-2:30Pm rest 2:30 PM to 5PM work on bakery assignment 5PM to 12AM -- office work with lot of distractions, checking mail, youtube videos etc. 12:1AM prepare bed and do night ritual to sleep. Office timing can't be utilized completely. In urge to do multiple task, it is failing me to focus on office work. 

Day5

Today again I got up at 8AM. Wife was preparing some cake so helped her in decorating right away. Could start my daily routine only by 8:30AM 8:30AM to 9AM Drink water, morning fresh and bath. 9AM to 9:30AM getting kids ready for school Exercise for 20 min.  10AM send kids to school. 10:30AM- Met one friend. Chat till 12:30PM. 12:30PM to 1:40PM book writing 1:40Pm to 3PM . Lunch 3PM to 5PM - Shopping 5PM-5:30PM Office work 5:30Pm to 7PM : Dinner 7Pm to 8PM meditation and relax. 8Pm to 12:30AM office work Productive time for my personal work was only 1 hour 10 min. I finished writing first draft chapter 3 of my book " The productivity Sutra" Plan is to finsih book by end of this month and do 2 round of editing. Office work was for 4 hours. In between distraction and toggling with Mobile.

Day4

22-Dec-2020 Sunday Bangalore Today I could manage to getup on my planned time.  I got up at 6:15AM. My yoga online training session was supposed to start at 7AM and I was prepared to train them with some yoga poses. Yoga training finished by 9AM. 9AM-11AM Breakfast & playing with kids. 11AM-3PM Playing with kids and house work 3PM to 4PM sleep 4PM -6PM Work on posting youtube videos for few channels 6-8PM Dinner 8PM - 9PM kids fresh preparation for sleep. 11PM : preparation for sleep 12AM-1AM still finishing pending taks on youtube video, write this blog. 1:30AM sleep. Today was more productive day than other day. I managed to spend focused quality time on youtube and could finish work faster than other days. Evening was less focussed and more distraction. I didnt do any book writing today.  Rest day.

Day3

 My alarm went off at 6:45AM. I was wide awake but tried to take a quick nap and got up at 8:15AM Last night was bt tough as my kid got up before I could hit the bed. It took me a while to make him sleep and I could manage to sleep only around 3AM. I did my first block of morning work quicker then before. Drank water and finished all till bath by 9AM. Went for exercise but started toggling in mobile which ate up my 30 min. I Did exercise for 3o min when Clock hit 10AM. Finished breakfast earlier around 10:30AM which was 30 min earlier then last few days. Took a break for shopping and returned around 1:15PM. Finished lunch by 2:15. Kids were making noise and made house dirty. Cleaned and played with them till 3:30PM. Hit my book writing spree. Disappeared in my apartment bbq area and wrote not stop till 5:10PM.  5:30PM to 7:30PM Dinner preparation and eating.  7:30PM till 9:30PM Cleaning house, toggling in mobile and chit chat. 9:30PM till 12: Tried to finish few items from to do list.

19-Nov-2020 I tried to get up at 6:45AM today but managed to get up at 8:30AM. Drank warm water till 8:45AM bath finshed 9AM did exercise till 10AM Juice finished 11AM. 11-11:30 toggling on Mobile 11:30 to 1PM article writing 1PM to 2PM lunch 2PM to 3PM work 3PM to 4PM play with kids 4-5PM procatinate 5-6:30 Dinner 6:30PM to 9PM office work 9-10PM play with kids 10-12:40AM office 12:40 to 1:30 watching video and wiritng article. Missed Meditation, planned stuff: book writing didnt happen. program launch didnt happen.
