Day6
Today I managed to get up earleir than other days.
7AM got up
7-7:30AM kids time
7:30-8:30AM morning fresh bath
8:30 to 9:30 AM yoga
9:30AM to 10:30AM make the kids ready and drop them school
10:30 to 11AM Drink juice
11AM-1:20PM book writing and planning for webinar.
1:20PM -2:10PM lunch
2:10-2:30Pm rest
2:30 PM to 5PM work on bakery assignment
5PM to 12AM -- office work with lot of distractions, checking mail, youtube videos etc.
12:1AM prepare bed and do night ritual to sleep.
Office timing can't be utilized completely. In urge to do multiple task, it is failing me to focus on office work.
