 Back pain was bit better today 

got up at 9AM 

9-11AM juice and ready, body massage

11-1PM book reading and watching Videos

1Pm to 2PM lunch

2PM to 5PM Cake decoration. 

one important ting I realised. 2-5 PM I didnt take break no procrastination, no laziness

If you do what you like, productivity will increase


5-7PM dinner

7-12PM office

1AM sleep
