After wasting 2 days without any progress in book writing, which is my primary goal now, I realzied my following mistakes: Both day I checked my mobile within 1st hour of wake up. I took small pity tasks in my first few morning hours which could have been done in a later part of the day. These small tasks drained my energy and also left my mind in bit of restless to focus on book writing. I was more distracted all day in any kind of work I was doing. Lesson1: Don't touch your mobile in the first 2 hours of your wakeup. Lesson2: Do the main task quicky in the morning. Lesson3: Take small tasks at later part of day.
