After wasting 2 days without any progress in book writing, which is my primary goal now, I realzied my following mistakes: Both day I checked my mobile within 1st hour of wake up. I took small pity tasks in my first few morning hours which could have been done in a later part of the day. These small tasks drained my energy and also left my mind in bit of restless to focus on book writing. I was more distracted all day in any kind of work I was doing. Lesson1: Don't touch your mobile in the first 2 hours of your wakeup. Lesson2: Do the main task quicky in the morning. Lesson3: Take small tasks at later part of day. My today's routine: Got up at 7AM 7-8:30AM morning routine 8;30 to 9:30AM Yoga 9:45 - 10:30AM Breakfast 10:30AM to 1PM Vaccination check 1Pm to 2PM lunch 2PM to 5PM with kids 5PM to 6Pm office 6PM -8PM badminton 8-9PM dinner 9-11PM cooridnate for sunday trip
My alarm went off at 6:45AM. I was wide awake but tried to take a quick nap and got up at 8:15AM Last night was bt tough as my kid got up before I could hit the bed. It took me a while to make him sleep and I could manage to sleep only around 3AM. I did my first block of morning work quicker then before. Drank water and finished all till bath by 9AM. Went for exercise but started toggling in mobile which ate up my 30 min. I Did exercise for 3o min when Clock hit 10AM. Finished breakfast earlier around 10:30AM which was 30 min earlier then last few days. Took a break for shopping and returned around 1:15PM. Finished lunch by 2:15. Kids were making noise and made house dirty. Cleaned and played with them till 3:30PM. Hit my book writing spree. Disappeared in my apartment bbq area and wrote not stop till 5:10PM. 5:30PM to 7:30PM Dinner preparation and eating. 7:30PM till 9:30PM Cleaning house, toggling in mobile and chit chat. 9:30PM till 12: Tried to finish few items fro...
Most of the time gone in making Birthday cake topping It was an ususal unproductive day.. Night 12AM I started working on cake worked till 6AM in morning. which spoiled my next day as well. 29-Dec also gone while sleeping all day to adjust the non-sleep day earlier.
